Allan Edwards is the original manufacturer of concrete river weights, now spanning four generations in the industry.  Allan Edwards’ seasoned professionals can help customers solve any pipeline weight, concrete pipe coating or repair sleeve problem and are available to provide valuable technical assistance on any other related situations. Senior Management Team

Allan J. (Scotty) Edwards, III

Scotty Edwards is the third generation of family ownership of Allan Edwards, Inc. Growing up in the business and working for his father, Scotty quickly had to prove his worth in all aspects of the business — from manufacturing to sales to management.

After attending Oklahoma State University, he joined the company in 1975 and worked in every capacity of each division within the company prior to his presidency. Scotty was instrumental in starting the local American Concrete Institute (ACI) to further more quality concrete production worldwide. He is known as an industry heavyweight when it comes to concrete technology, and is often called upon to speak on the subject.

John L. Disher

John Disher joined Allan Edwards, Inc's management team in 1974. He's also a third generation employee. His grandfather ran Allan Edwards' ranch and then worked for Allan Edwards, Inc. His son-in-law (John's dad) was recruited back from New York after World War II as superintendent of on-the-road manufacturing. He worked for the company for 40 years.

Following in his grandfather and father's footsteps, John started working in the plant. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he moved into sales and technical services. John also heads up the steel repair sleeves and half sole division of the company.

A creative problem solver, John works closely with specifications and rigid guidelines of tolerances that have been established to maintain quality products.
